How do I join Flatline RP?
Follow the Getting Started guide to prepare your client, then search for Flatline RP in the official server browser.
Do I need to join Discord?
Discord is the community hub for verification, rules, updates and support. Join and follow the published access steps.
Does Flatline RP have its own launcher?
No. Use the official supported multiplayer launcher linked from the Getting Started guide. Avoid unofficial downloads.
Is there a whitelist or application?
Access requirements can change during testing. Check current Discord announcements and any in-launcher access prompt rather than assuming an application is required.
Why can't I find the server?
Review the Status page and latest Discord updates. Server listing and client download availability can differ.
Characters and roleplay

Can I make more than one character?
Available character slots depend on the current server configuration. The character menu and staff announcements are the authoritative sources.
Is this serious roleplay?
Yes. Flatline RP focuses on believable characters, fair scene participation, and story consequences. Read the Rules handbook before playing.
Can I roleplay a business owner, criminal, or emergency worker?
Those story directions fit the setting, but individual jobs, organizations and application paths depend on which systems are currently active.
Can I use information from Discord in character?
Not unless your character legitimately learned that information in the world. Outside knowledge should not affect active scenes.
Are all advertised gameplay features available now?
No. Some features are still being configured and tested. Descriptions indicate the intended experience, not a guarantee of immediate availability.
Technical issues and support
When something goes wrong
What should I do if character creation freezes?
Record the exact message and time, fully restart the client, and contact support. Avoid creating duplicate characters or deleting your progress.
What if resource downloads fail?
Check the launcher version, required client plugins, network connection and known issues. Attach the error text when requesting help.
Can I use mods?
Only compatible, authorized modifications. Ask support before installing anything that changes gameplay or provides an advantage.
Where do I report bugs or players?
Use the official support process linked on the Support page. Report exploits privately.
How do I appeal a staff decision?
Open a support request with relevant context and evidence. Avoid public arguments or sharing personal information.

How do I become staff?
Openings, requirements and availability will be announced through official community channels; there is no automatic application entitlement.
How can I contribute ideas?
Share constructive suggestions in the appropriate community channel. Features are prioritized according to stability, player experience and development capacity.
